Each summer Vancouver Church has two meetings to wrap up our fiscal year, which spans from July to July. First we have an Information Meeting where all the agenda items and candidates that need approval by the church body are presented. Two weeks later the church body votes to ratify the recommendations of the Board of Trustees at the Annual Business Meeting. Vancouver Church is a part of the Church of God of Anderson, Indiana however each church is individually governed.
