Read Acts 2:1-3
Remember there are 120 followers of Jesus gathered in a large room praying, anticipating what Jesus described as “the baptism of the Holy Spirit”. Try to imagine what would have been seen, heard, and felt in that room. How do you think you would have reacted to all that was happening?
Read Acts 2:4
What do you think it meant for them to “be filled with the Holy Spirit”? Before you answer that look at several other passages where Luke uses the exact same expression.
