Middle School—We’d love to meet parents of incoming 6th-8th grade students on Sunday, June 25 at 12:15 PM in the Student Ministries room. We’ll have light snacks, a brief meet & greet with the youth staff and volunteers, and a time for Q&A.
- Wednesday Gatherings: During the months of July and August, we will gather on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 PM at Ott & Laurie Gaither’s home for swimming, BBQ, and life groups; except the last Wednesday of each month. Register now »

Promotion Sunday, July 2nd! All KidsWay Sunday school classes will celebrate the ‘moving up’ of our students on June 25th! Parent emails will be sent with specific age/grade details. Still have questions? Email Lynette@vancouverchurch.org. Current 8th graders will ‘graduate’ to the High School Ministry in July, which means their last Sunday in Middle School Ministry is June 25th. Graduating 8th graders can begin attending the High School Youth Collective on Wednesday, June 30 at 7 PM in the student ministry room.

It’s the 25th Anniversary of the Children of Promise! This remarkable mission program has been supported by Vancouver Church since it’s inception. Our church sponsors over 160 children in 29 countries. You are invited to a celebration and information gathering on Sunday, July 9 at 10:45 AM or 12:15 PM in the High School cafeteria. Bring a friend and find out how to expand the Kingdom of God by loving and caring for children throughout the world. Hosted by C.O.P. Ambassadors Craig and Karen Riley.

High School—Summer Camp: July 10-16. This year’s camp, “Love Thy Neighbor”, will put our students in environments where they have the opportunity to lean on the example of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit to love those who are rarely shown love! Register now »
Women’s Beth Moore Study, When Godly People Do Ungodly Things, starts Wednesday evening, July 12 from 6 – 8 PM in room 120. This 7-week series takes a look at Satan’s schemes and Christ’s mercy towards those seeking authentic repentance and restoration. Call Nancy, 360-601-6038, to order your workbook. Cost is $15.

VBS Volunteers Needed. Maker Fun Factory, August 7 – 11 from 9 AM to 12 PM. Volunteer before (preparing and obtaining supplies) and during VBS! Sign-ups are located in the church lobby near the Connections Center and in the Children’s check-in area. Questions? Email Lynette@vancouverchurch.org.
