Welcome to Vancouver Church. Connecting and building meaningful relationships is a huge part of what we believe in. We would love to hear from you. “Revive & Thrive” Update. Giving for our campus refresh project went beyond our goal! Our current total is $262,306. We want to thank the Lord for his provision, and celebrate that more than 175 households were able to participate. Great job, church!
Communion Today. If you have put your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, we invite you to join us as we remember his sacrificial gift to every believer. The communion elements of bread and juice are gluten free.
Baptism photos and certificate. If you were baptized on Easter Sunday, stop by the Welcome Center today and pick up the envelope labeled with your name containing your baptism photos and certificate!
JOY Fellowship, a monthly luncheon for senior adults, is on Tuesday, April 17 from 12 noon-2pm in the High School Cafeteria. Menu is Chicken Cordon Blue, Baked Potato, Vegetables. Cost is $5.50. Enjoy special music from King’s Way Christian School choir soloists, and guest speaker Craig Riley.
Friday Game Night April 20. Grab your favorite board game and come for an evening of fun in the fireside room at 7pm. Friday Game Night is a connection event offering all ages an opportunity to get to know someone new over a friendly game. Everyone is invited! If you have questions, call Justin at 360-909-8806.
Pinochle. All adult pinochle players are invited to join us at a monthly get together on Friday, April 27 at 6:30pm in the fireside room. Questions? Call Sandra Archer at 360-573-5727.
Child Dedications. We invite believing parents to make a public commitment before the Lord to raise their child according to God’s Word and God’s ways at each of our Mother’s Day services on Sunday, May 13. Contact LynetteMcHenry@vancouverchurch.org before Tuesday, May 8th.
Giving. Text any $ amount to 84321. Follow the prompts to set up your account. For your convenience, giving envelopes are always available in the pews, at the Welcome Center, and in the church office. “Revive & Thrive” giving envelopes are available in the church foyer as well.
Pick up a copy of this week’s Prayer & Praise sheet from the church lobby. It includes “Vancouver Church Family News” (i.e. births, deaths, memorial services, weddings, etc.) as well as a list of staff, ministry partners, those serving our country, and requests for you to be praying for during the week.

Opportunities to Serve
Giving Closet • 2804 B NE 65th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98661 • 360-993-4800 We need your donations of paper products: plates, cups, napkins, paper towels and toilet paper. Don’t forget it’s spring time and that means spring cleaning! Bring your donations in to the Giving Closet Monday-Thursday 11am-3:30pm and ask Vicki for a tour! For a list of items we accept, holiday closures, and so much more, check out our website, www.givingcloset.org.
Kleen Street is currently in need of twin mattresses, twin bedding, and chest of drawers/dressers for another men’s transitional home they are opening this week. Contact DondiTheis@vancouverchurch.org for more details and donation instructions. No other furntiture items are needed at this time. Thank you for your generous donations and continued support!
Vancouver Jail Ministry gladly accepts your donations of soft-covered Christian reading material. The jail no longer accepts magazines. These materials help encourage inmates, and gives them inspiring thoughts! Bring your donations to the Jail Ministry book receptacle located in the church office.
