For eight weeks, Vancouver Church is embarking on a journey – a deep dive into the heart of prayer the way Jesus saw it, and a clear understanding about how to actually do it His way. We’re using a combination of resources and we hope you’ll be able to take advantage of every single one at some point in your journey. Some links will be active at different times during our eight weeks, but this is your central location for all of it. If you have questions, please reach out to us at (360) 574-1611 or email@example.com.
Each week we will have Sunday morning teachings for the “How to Pray” series that coincide with the weekly readings, videos, and small group worksheets. Join us at 9am, 11am, or 6pm.
From breakfast on January 13 through dinner on February 1, our church is participating in a 20 day fast. In order to be prepared and be intentional, we’ve prepared this short guide for you.
Continuous prayer is powerful! We will have a 24-hour prayer room from 8am on Sunday January 26 through 8am on Sunday February 2nd. Sign up to help staff our 24-hour prayer room during this time.
The “How to Pray” series is a part of prayercourse.org. There are lots of resources available at their site, including weekly videos that go with the sermons and reading for your small groups.
In 2020 Vancouver Church is having a monthly prayer gathering so all of our praying people can join together as one family on a regular basis. We had an amazing turn out at our January meeting, and we want you to join us each month on the second Wednesday! Our next event is Weds Jan 12 @ 6:30!
Deepen your understanding of prayer, talk intimately with God, and learn to minister to others through prayer. Join us this Saturday February 8th at 10am. No registration – just join us on Saturday!
Once you’ve participated in this series, you’ll want to share it with your kids! Coming soon, pick up a copy of this free guide that teaches kids the same information, in a more elementary format.
Build on the February prayer training. Deepen your understanding of how to hear God’s voice and how to use it to encourage and build up others. We’ll see you Saturday March 14th at 10 am. More info coming soon!
